We've had such beautiful weather lately that I feel like we have not done any of the "normal" fall activities. Maybe next weekend! I had  Marissa's bachelorette party on Friday. A ton of fun-but I didn't go to bed until 2am...Em still thought 6:30am was a good time to get up. Yikes! Chris has to work all day at COSI day at his school, so Em and I visited for a bit (look at her in those goggles-too cute) and then spent lots of time playing outside! We were even able to squeeze in celebrating Woody's 30th birthday on Saturday. Sunday, well Sunday in fall is just football day in our house so not too much else happened! We have a busy next few weeks with conferences at Chris's school and Uncle Adam and Aunt Marissa's Wedding! It's going to be a jam packed few weeks-but looking forward to the fun!

No Training Wheels!

As promised, a short clip of Em riding her bike without training wheels. We are still working on being able to turn around, but she has the balance thing down! Don't judge our parenting, they are redoing our sidewalks so we've had to resort to riding in the street, but both Mom and Dad were standing guard. Way to go Em!!

Big news for Em, she is riding a two wheel bike, with no training wheels! I will try to get on video tonight, but this girl just amazes me more and more each day. We had a fun weekend hanging out around the house and got to celebrate Ella's baptism on Sunday. Although this age comes with challenges (no doubt) I am having so much fun seeing the wonderful young lady Em is becoming.

Rainy Weekend!

It was kind of a rainy weekend, but we got to enjoy some fun family time. Saturday we took Grandma Pat out for a belated birthday lunch then Em, Chris and I went swimming at the rec. Ended the day bringing dinner to Denise and Tom. Sunday I tried to keep Em out of the house as much as possible so Chris could "enjoy" some football. Browns didn't play well, so that was kind of a bust! We then had our neighbors over for the first round of fall chili! Overall, fun weekend!

It was so nice to have a long weekend, and extra time with family and friends. Em got to meet Ella Paige (she was ecstatic!) We did lots of swimming and playing in the (HOT!) sun. Doesn't feel like fall yet, but I don't mind hanging on a little longer to summer!
