Fun filled weekend! We kicked it off at the playground Friday. Saturday we went to the Zoo-it was kids weekend so it was CRAZY! Tons of people. Em had lots of fun though! Sunday we has a BBQ at our house and got to hang out with family and friends. Sunday was filled with outlet shopping and a train ride! The weekend must have tuckered Em out-she was in bed by 6:30pm last night!

Not much to report, just loving life over here! This weekend it was hot and sticky, so not as much outdoor time as we usually get! Friday night Em and Chris had a date night. He took her swimming and out for ice cream. Yes, she went out for ice cream (which was dinner by the way) in Christmas penguin pajamas. They even walked there, which just makes it even funnier. Saturday we just hung around the house and did some errands. Sunday we got to celebrate Uncle Adam's birthday-always fun! We also did a bunch of yard work on Sunday-front of the house looks great with new mulch and flowers! I'll try to remember to take a pic and get it posted.

A moment to brag about my girlie! She is just so cute! I can't believe how smart she is, every day she surprises me! While I was in the shower, she got a book and went on the bed and read it to her "little sister" Lou Lou. It is a pretty simple book (Yummy, Yucky) so she has memorized all of the words. It was so cute, I just had to get pictures or her in the act.

Late post this week! And I don't have many pictures-I'll try to get some this week! We were all a bit under the weather last week with colds (and Chris with some kind of stomach bug...) but we are back healthy and enjoying this beautiful weather! We were pretty low key this weekend and stayed around Medina enjoying the sunshine! On Monday Em had her preschool observation-she did great. She walked right in to the room, shook her teacher's hand and was off. Didn't look twice back at me. She wrote her name for the teacher on the chalkboard, played with clay and trains. She even transitioned with the students to science class where she got to play with a larva! It was pretty exciting. The teacher told me that she has been the only student who has not asked for their mommy or cried during a visit...so I guess that is good! I think it helps that she knows it is "Daddy's school". She totally did not want to leave. She was "accepted" to CCD and will be going 5 days a week for half day preschool and 5 days a week for "enrichment" (basically it is the afternoon program that focuses on a different topic like art and music each day). She'll start in August! We are very blessed to have Chris working at the school to help supplement the cost!

No big updates, just living and loving life. This weekend we went to the zoo and celebrated Nana's birthday! I'm under the weather a bit with a cold and this nasty, cold weather has been keeping us inside. Can't wait for a little warm up!

I had to go to work for a little on Sunday-this is what I came home to-no shoes, pants or helmet. But the girl is loving life! 

Our typical walk through Target. I wish I would have gotten on video when she actually stopped to preform it and then bowed say "thank you, thank you, thank you". What a ham! 

Not much to report here! Enjoying the nice weather and getting settled in to our new home! We were even able to go to the (all be it muddy) playground! In shorts! Have a great week!
