Em made her First Holy Communion on Sunday. It was an awesome day! It almost felt normal, which was a nice change!

Jordan also finished up his 2 weeks of casting-he was so happy to get his cast off!

Chris is back to work this week, so shifting gears having both of us at work while kiddos are home with grandma and Nana.

Jordan finished his first week of casting! One more week to go. The first few days were difficult, but he is getting the hang of it now. He has 4 hours of therapy each day-aquatic is his favorite!

Em got her glasses-she is still getting use to them but does say they are helpful! Em also started volleyball this week and loves it! YAY!

Took a weekend getaway to Coldwater Michigan. It was lots of fun-tubing, boating, kayaking. Kiddos had a blast. This week Jo starts 2 weeks of casting (cast his right arm to help re-map his brain to use his left). So he'll have 4-5 hours of therapy everyday for two weeks. And he is a 4 year old in a cast...so yeah should be lots of fun! Em starts volleyball today-she is super excited!

I don't want to even say it out loud, but the kiddos have been getting along really well lately. Jordan loves sitting and watching Em play mind craft...which really makes Emma Clare the happiest person on the planet.  I'm so happy they have each other-especially now when we are pretty much stuck at home!!

Looks like we are going to have two kiddos in glasses! While Jordan has had them since before he was 1, Em is new to the game! She's not super happy about it, but she'll be excited when she can actually see!

Jordan also got some new RED frames.

Last week was when we were supposed to go to Disney World. While we didn't get to, we still had lots of fun together as a family and it was SO NICE to have time away from work and just get to enjoy the kiddos! Spent lots of time in the back yard, eating smores and playing with water balloons!

Jordan is 85% potty trained (wahoo!!) so also a huge win for the week!

 rocking some new hair!

putt putt (also, it was 95 degrees...)

horse therapy. Jordan LOVED this part, being on the horse...not so much.
 puppy love!

Summer is quickly wrapping up! Em made the freshman volleyball team--I couldn't be more proud of all the hard work she put in this summe...
